These are a few of Jeff's
innovative designs, turned on a
lathe. The one on the right is a
shallow curved bowl, perfectly
flat, but because of the optical
illusion effect, it's almost
impossible to photograph at an
angle without making it look like
a pile of blocks!

This is a triangular
bowl, again shallow
and smooth. I don't
remember what kind
of wood he said he
used (I'll check and
update here) but I
think I remember that
the center is madrone.
This bowl is currently
in the winter show at
the Spectrum Gallery,
at the Toledo
Botanical Gardens.
(But it's sold!)
